What is your return policy? TOP
We try our hardest to give you the best quality possible! If for any reason you are dissatisfied please contact us at True_Remnant@yahoo.com and we will do all we can to accommodate your request.
Returns:
We ask that you contact us within 15 days of receiving your merchandise for a return authorization number and further information for returns. Tags must be attached and merchandise in it's original condition.
Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking as TrueRemnant is not responsible for returns that do not reach us.
Refund/Exchange:
We will try our hardest to refund approved returns, once received, within 5 business days and ship exchanges, once received, within 2-3 business days. How long will it take to get my order? TOP
We try our hardest to get orders out within 2 business days. If we are unable to ship right away or are waiting on product we will contact you immediately. Are the hats and headbands washable? TOP
We highly recommend hand washing the hats and headbands in cool water (being careful of the embellishment) and then hang to dry.
